we are hong konger 2 person have reservation on May 28, however , due to bad weather JR line stopped ako line. lucky, when we call the hotel explain this issue. They helping us move the reservation to May 29. Staff very nice and helping. dinner and breakfast is good.Hot Spring facility and Room is nice and clean.
